
Ms.
Finneran has over eighteen years of experience representing and
counseling both individual and corporate clients, ranging from multi-national
corporations to Bay Area startup businesses.
As
an experienced litigator, Ms. Finneran has represented clients in
a wide-array of commercial disputes, as well as defending employers
in claims of wrongful termination, sexual harassment and other employment-related
matters. In her intellectual property practice, Ms Finneran has
litigated the enforcement of her client's proprietary rights to
copyrights, trademarks and trade secrets.
Ms.
Finneran's unique experience in representing both plaintiffs and
defendants has given her a keen insight in developing creative and
cost-effective representation. Her recent experience as a law clerk
to a federal magistrate judge has increased her ability to craft
winning litigation strategies.
